Intro to Boxing
This class is designed for those who have never boxed, taken a boxing class, or need a refresher. This class will get you used to our system, and introduce you to boxing terminology and gym equipment. Unless you are already a fighter at the pro or amateur level you will be required to take this class.

Boxing Fundamentals is for all skill levels, whether new to the sport or a seasoned vet. We work over stance, defense, footwork, punching technique, and more!

Intro to Sparring
Have you got the basics down? Feeling confident in your abilities or wanting to further your skills? Get with a coach, get cleared for sparring, and start putting what you’ve learned into action.
