MCB ELITE FITNESS & CARDIO

This exciting new class involves a mixture of cardio, heavy bag work, strength training, and abdominal exercises. We often train in intervals in order to get the most out of our time and improve endurance. This class is geared to all individuals seeking a challenging workout and each week provides something different. Come prepared to work hard and you will not be disappointed. It’s a fantastic, whole-body workout!

MCB BOOTCAMP

MCB Bootcamp is Music City Boxingʼs rigorous group class designed to build strength and conditioning through a variety of intense, military-style group intervals, coupled with boxing conditioning exercises. Be prepared to combat kettle bells, battle ropes, tires & sledgehammers, and plyometric boxes… but donʼt forget your boxing gloves! If you think you have what it takes, take it to the limit with MCB Bootcamp!

MCB FITNESS & FUNDAMENTALS

The MCB Fitness & Fundamentals class is designed to provide you with an ace cardio-vascular workout, while teaching the basics of the sweet science. Expect to learn how to use the different boxing apparatus of the gym (i.e. speed bag, double-end bag, focus mitts), while achieving a killer fitness level. Part conditioning, part method, all satisfaction.

MCB COMPETITION TEAM

The MCB Competition Team class is for those with competitive aspirations. It is geared toward individuals who seek to challenge themselves by taking what they learn in the gym and applying these skills through amateur boxing competition. The class teaches the technical aspects of amateur boxing, while providing a relentless workout regimen. Please note that MCBʼs Head Boxing Coach will make decisions regarding individualsʼ readiness for participating in this class.

MCB FUNDAMENTALS

The MCB Fundamentals class focuses on the basic technical aspects of boxing. Expect to learn a perfect boxing stance, the proper way to throw all of the punches, the basic defenses of boxing, and much more! If you’re new to the sport or looking to fine-tune your skill set, this is the perfect class for you!

MCB PARTNER PUNCH MITTS

The MCB Partner Punch Mitts class provides the opportunity to practice specific punch combinations and defensive techniques on the focus mitts with a partner. This class utilizes the focus mitts to put into practice proper boxing fundamentals, while also using different skill and endurance drills to enhance your overall boxing ability. The MCB Partner Punch Mitts class is the most popular among MCB members!

Wednesday 6:00PM – 7:00PM

MCB TRAIN LIKE A PRO

The MCB Train Like A Pro class offers all MCB members the chance to train in a two hour, professional boxing setting. This class is open to any MCB member interested in testing their will and endurance through a professional style boxing workout. The class consists of an extensive boxing warmup, skill training through shadowboxing and bag training, and a series of strenuous cardio, core, and strength training.
If you’re interested in experiencing a grueling professional training session, this is the class for you!

MCB JUNIORS

MCB Juniors class is for children interested in learning the basics of
boxing. It’s an excellent way for a child to learn the art of boxing, as
well as instilling self-confidence and gaining great physical
conditioning.
